Welcome to Central Removals! Before booking our services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

These terms of service ("terms") govern the use of services provided by central removals ("company"), including but not limited to relocation and transportation services ("services"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Central Removals Ltd provides removals and transport services for individual and businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to, packing, loading, transportation, unloading and unpacking of goods.

 

Booking Deposit:

    • A non-refundable booking deposit, usually 20% of the total quoted amount is required to secure your booking with Central Removals. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

 

Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the scheduled service date will result in the full quoted amount being due.
    • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are subject to forfeiture of the booking deposit.

 

Damages:

    • Any damages to items being transported must be reported to Central Removals immediately upon delivery.
    • Central Removals is not liable for damages that are not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Central Removals shall not be liable for any damages to sensitive equipment or fragile items including, but not limited to, Pianos, Televisions unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of our employees or agents. In the event of such damages, our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement cost of the damaged item, up to the limit of our insurance coverage.

 

Payment:

    • Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the removal job.
    • We accept cash, bank transfer or bankers cheque. Personal cheques are not accepted.

 

Insurance:

    • Central Removals carries liability insurance to cover damages caused by our negligence during the transportation process.
    • Additional insurance coverage for valuable or fragile items may be purchased separately.

 

Service Scope:

    • Central Removals provides removal and transportation services for household or commercial goods as specified in the agreed-upon quotation.
    • Any additional services requested during the removal process may incur extra charges.

 

Client Responsibilities:

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items to be transported are properly packed and ready for removal unless agreed in writing.
    • Clients must provide accurate information regarding the size and weight of items to be transported to facilitate an accurate quotation.

 

Access and Parking:

    • Clients must ensure that suitable access and parking arrangements are made available for Central Removals vehicles at both pickup and delivery locations.
    • Any parking fees or fines incurred during the removal process will be the responsibility of the client.

 

Changes to Service:

    • Central Removals reserves the right to make changes to the agreed-upon service schedule or quotation in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, adverse weather conditions, or mechanical breakdowns.

 

Termination of Service:

    • Central Removals reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breach of terms and conditions outlined herein or if there are concerns regarding the safety of our staff or equipment.
